The San Diego County Taxpayers Association SUPPORTS La Mesa-Spring Valley School District’s $131 million bond measure as the District has demonstrated facilities needs across an aging portfolio (19 of 22 sites built before 1970, average original construction date 1959), has developed plans that meet the rigorous standards on bond proposals that the Taxpayers Association has developed over decades of collective experience, and has provided substantially complete material needed for review.
